Network discovery
Enable network discovery so Movitera Link observes which devices are on the same local network as this computer.
What discovery does
When enabled, discovery observes the devices on the local network and counts how many were seen. It helps your company map the network's equipment from this computer.
- Observes the devices visible on the local network.
- Shows the mode, the time of the last scan, and the number of devices observed.
- Doesn't access the other devices' content — it only records that they exist on the network.
Enable and scan

On the status screen, find the network discovery card.

Turn discovery on.

Click `Scan now` to scan immediately.
resultThe card shows the number of devices observed and the scan time.
