Remote access
Remote access lets an authorized operator view or control this computer through Movitera®. The team administrator sets the policy; you see the current state on the status screen and can stop any active session.
Check the team policy
The Movitera Link status screen shows the Acesso remoto (Remote access) card with the current state:

Acesso remoto desativado pelo admin (Remote access disabled by admin) | The administrator has disabled remote access for this team. No operator can start a session. |
Acesso remoto permitido (Remote access allowed) | Remote access is enabled. The card shows the configured consent mode. |
When enabled, the Consentimento (Consent) field shows how sessions can be started:

Pede sua aprovação a cada sessão (Asks for your approval each session) | Every session opens a request for you to approve or decline before it starts. |
Somente com você presente (Only while you are present) | The operator can start a session while you are actively using the computer. |
Acesso sem você presente permitido (Access without you present allowed) | The operator can start a session even when no user is active on the computer. |
Managed by the administrator
You cannot change the remote access policy from Movitera Link. Contact your team administrator to change it.
When an operator requests access
When the consent mode requires approval, the app brings its window to the front and shows the request:
- The name of the operator requesting access.
- The session mode:

Review the request.
Confirm who is asking and what access mode they want.

Click `Permitir` (Allow) or `Recusar` (Decline).
resultAllow starts the session. Decline ends the request without granting access.
During an active session
While a session is active, the app shows a persistent notice at the top: Acesso remoto em andamento — Sua tela está sendo acessada agora. (Remote access in progress — Your screen is being accessed right now.) The notice cannot be dismissed while the session is running.
To stop the session at any time, click Encerrar (Stop) in the notice.
