Statuses and colors

The vocabulary used on the Today, Activities, and History screens: the statuses of each record, the one-time task lifecycle, and what each color means.

Statuses of a record

StatusMeaningColor
OKThe time was completed successfully.Green
NOKThe time failed or wasn't done. Requires a message explaining why.Red
N/AThe time didn't apply that day. It appears in counters and legends, but there is currently no button to mark it in the product.Gray
Pendente (pending)A scheduled time with no record. It isn't a record — it's the absence of one.Dashed / hollow dot

Lifecycle of a one-time task

Pontual (one-time) tasks have no reliability — they go through their own cycle, shown in the Status column of the Pontuais (one-time) tab in Activities.

StatusMeaning
Em breve (upcoming)The date hasn't arrived yet.
Pendente (pending)The date is today and there's no record yet.
Concluída (completed)The task has been logged.
Atrasada (overdue)The date passed with no record. In Activities, it shows as Atrasada há X (overdue for X); in Today, the task joins the Atrasadas (overdue) section with Venceu há X (due X ago).

Day quality in History

In Semana (week) and Mês (month), each day's color comes from the percentage of OK times among the scheduled ones. The on-screen legend sums up the cutoffs — 100%, ≥80%, ≥50%, <50% — and the Falha (failure, red, NOK) and N/A (gray) dots.

LabelCriterionColor
Completo (complete)100% of times OKGreen
Quase completo (almost complete)≥80%Light green
Parcial (partial)≥50%Yellow
Crítico (critical)<50%Red
N/AEvery time of the day N/AGray — deliberate, doesn't count as failure
Pendente (pending)Nothing logged yetDashed
Vazio (empty)No time scheduled that dayNo tint
Futuro (future)The day hasn't arrived yetDashed, no fill

In the Semana (week) matrix, means the activity wasn't scheduled that day — different from Pendente (pending), which means a scheduled time with no record.
