Ask Muse from anywhere

Use the command palette to send Muse a question from any module, without opening Chat first — including carrying the context of the ticket or issue you have open.

Send a question from the palette

  1. 1

    Press `⌘K` (Mac) or `Ctrl+K` (Windows/Linux).

The command palette opens in any module.

  2. 2

    Type the question.

When the text doesn't match a command, the Muse group shows the Perguntar ao Muse: {texto} (Ask Muse: {text}) item. It only appears if you have Muse access and the team has at least one model available.

  3. 3

    Press `Enter`.

    result
Muse creates a conversation with the last model used (or the first available) and opens the chat, already sending the question.

Carry the context of what's open

With a Closure ticket or a Forge issue open, the item also shows the ⌘Enter shortcut: the conversation is created with the record's context (title, number, status, and priority), and Muse answers with that record in mind. Without a ticket or issue open, the item offers only Enter.

Search conversations

In the palette, type at least 2 characters of the conversation's title: the Conversas (Conversations) group lists up to 8 results, and selecting one opens the conversation. This is Muse's only conversation search — there is no rename, archive, or delete.

Muse commands in the palette

Inside the Muse module, the palette also offers Nova conversa (New conversation) and Ir para Chat (Go to Chat). Muse administrators also see Ir para Analytics (Go to Analytics) and Ir para Configurações (Go to Settings).
