Grant access to Muse

Choose who uses Muse in the Acesso ao Muse (Muse access) field of each member's permissions. Access doesn't change what Movitera® charges: Muse's cost is the team's own AI provider bill.

Set the access level

  1. 1

    Open the team's `Settings` and go to `Members`.

    You need to manage the team to change permissions. See manage members if the screen doesn't appear for you.

    Open the member's permissions.

    Find the Acesso ao Muse field — described as Permissões para o assistente de IA (permissions for the AI assistant).

  3. 3

    Choose `Sem acesso` (No access), `Usuário` (User), or `Administrador` (Administrator) and confirm.

    Team managers can't grant a level above their own. Team administrators have no such ceiling.

    With `Usuário` or `Administrador`, the member now sees the Muse app in the sidebar.

What each level sees

A Usuário who opens the Analytics or Settings URL is redirected to Chat. For the team's overall role model, see roles and permissions.

Effect on billing

Muse access doesn't change the billed seat

Granting Usuário or Administrador doesn't change how the member is classified on the Movitera® invoice. Muse usage is billed by the AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to the team's own account, in US dollars (USD).
