Plan, seats, and invoices

Track the plan, the billed seats, and the invoices in SettingsBilling — and handle trial, card, boleto, and cancellation in the same place. The page is visible to organization admins and managers.

Read the billing summary

The "Resumo de cobrança" (billing summary) card shows the plan (Standard, Legacy flat, or Free Vault), the trial state, the next invoice's amount, and the modules enabled in the workspace. The three usage metrics are:

  • "Usuários Vault" (Vault users) — members with a Vault user seat.
  • "Agentes IT Suite" (IT Suite agents) — members with an IT Suite agent seat.
  • "Dispositivos faturáveis" (billable devices) — devices connected through Movitera Link.

The currency locks on the first paid invoice

The USD/BRL currency toggle sits at the top of the summary, but it locks after the first paid invoice: "O Stripe bloqueia a moeda de cobrança na primeira fatura paga. Entre em contato com o suporte para alterá-la." (the billing currency locks on the first paid invoice — contact support to change it). Pick the right currency before paying.

Understand the seats

The invoice follows the members' access. Each person is classified into a seat — Agente IT (IT agent), Usuário do Vault (Vault user), or Assento gratuito (free seat) — derived from per-module access (Roles and permissions by module). Invites and access changes show a preview before you confirm: "Alteração de assentos" (seat change), "Cobrança proporcional" (prorated charge), and "Próxima fatura" (next invoice). The "Plano atual" (current plan) card breaks the subscription down line by line — "Usuário Vault", "Agente IT Suite", and "Dispositivo Inventory" — with the "Total Mensal" (monthly total) and the "Próxima Cobrança" (next charge) date.

Trial: warnings and the end of the period

  • With 3 days or fewer left, admins see the warning "Trial acaba em X dias. Adicione um cartão para manter o workspace." (trial ends in X days — add a card to keep the workspace) with the Adicionar cartão (add card) button. Members see the variant with Avisar admin (notify admin), which copies a ready-made message to send to the admin.
  • On the last day, the warning changes to "Trial acaba hoje. Adicione um cartão para não perder acesso." (trial ends today — add a card so you don't lose access).
  • If the trial ends with no card, the workspace is blocked by the "Seu teste terminou" (your trial has ended) screen until an admin adds payment and clicks Ativar assinatura (activate subscription). Members see "Aprovação necessária" (approval needed) — see Troubleshooting.

Payment method

    In the "Método de pagamento" (payment method) card, click `Adicionar método de pagamento` (add payment method) — or `Alterar método de pagamento` (change payment method).

Workspaces billed by boleto don't have the card option: the card shows "Boleto bancário" (bank boleto) and "Enviamos um novo boleto por e-mail a cada cobrança." (we email a new boleto with every charge). With an open invoice, the Pagar boleto atual (pay current boleto) button opens the boleto; when up to date, the card confirms "Pagamento em dia." (payment up to date).

If a charge fails, the "Pagamento em atraso" (payment overdue) notice appears in the "Plano atual" (current plan) card. Click Atualizar método de pagamento (update payment method) — the invoice is retried and the workspace goes back to normal. A card close to expiring also triggers a notice with the Atualizar cartão (update card) button.

Cancel or reactivate the subscription

    In the "Plano atual" (current plan) card, click `Cancelar Assinatura` (cancel subscription).

    Confirm in the "Confirmar Cancelamento" (confirm cancellation) dialog.

    The subscription is cancelled but stays valid until the end of the paid period: "Sua assinatura está cancelada, mas é válida até {data}" (your subscription is cancelled but valid until {date}).
  • While still valid, Reativar (reactivate) resumes the subscription unchanged.
  • After it expires, use Criar Nova Assinatura (create new subscription) — a saved card is required. Without one, the error "Nenhum metodo de pagamento encontrado. Adicione um cartao primeiro." (no payment method found — add a card first) appears.

Workspace blocked on expiry

When the subscription expires, the entire workspace is blocked for every member until an admin creates the new subscription. Cancel near the end of the cycle if the goal is to use up the paid period.

Transaction history

The "Histórico de transações" (transaction history) card lists the subscription's charges with their status ("Sucesso", "Pendente", or "Falhou" — success, pending, failed), the date, the amount, and a link to the receipt.

Next
