Upgrade from personal space to organization
Convert your personal space into an organization to invite members, create groups, and manage billing. The conversion asks for a payment method.
What changes
In a personal space, the Members, Groups, and Billing pages are locked behind an upgrade notice. The conversion unlocks:
- Member and permission management.
- Shared team resources — groups and shared credentials.
- Advanced administrative controls.
- Centralized billing.
Upgrade

In the personal space, open `Settings` → `Team`.
The "Upgrade para organização" (upgrade to organization) card lists the conversion's benefits.

Click `Fazer Upgrade` (upgrade).
The message "Conversão iniciada com sucesso." (conversion started) appears and the
Adicionar método de pagamento(add payment method) modal opens. - 3
Add the card.
result"Método de pagamento configurado com sucesso! Sua organização está ativa." (payment method set up — your organization is active)
The upgrade requires a payment method
The conversion only completes after you add a card. From then on, the workspace follows organization billing rules — see Plan, seats, and invoices.
Prefer to keep the personal space?
If you'd rather keep the personal space as is, create a separate organization from the team switcher — you keep both. See Create and switch teams.
