Reset your password
Use the Forgot my password flow to change your password — both when you forgot it and when you want to update it. This is Movitera®'s password-change path.
Request the reset link

On the sign-in screen, click `Forgot my password`.
The
Forgot your password?page opens. The link also appears on the second-factor step. - 2
Type your email and click `Send`.
The response is the same whether or not an account exists with that email — a protection for your privacy.

Set the new password

Open the link you received by email.

Fill in `Password` and `Confirm password`.
At least 8 characters, with a letter, a number, and a special character — the page checks off each requirement as you type and confirms when the two fields match.

Click `Reset password`.
result"Password reset successfully." — you go back to the sign-in screen. Sign in with the new password.
The Profile's Trocar a senha card doesn't complete the change
The Trocar a senha (change password) card exists on the Profile page, but its Salvar (save) button stays disabled. To change your password, follow the steps on this page.
