Create your account and workspace

Create your company's or team's account, activate it through the email link, and enter the workspace with a 7-day trial.

Before you start

  • Have an email you can open right now at hand — the activation link arrives there.

1. Create the account

    Open the sign-up page.

    On the sign-in screen, click Don't have an account? Sign up. The Create your account page opens.

    Type your email in the `Email` field.

    Once the email is valid, the form reveals Your name and Company or team name, pre-filled with suggestions based on the email. Adjust whatever you want.

    Choose what you want to use.

    Under "What do you want to use?", select IT Suite — "Helpdesk, projects, wiki, inventory and Vault in one place." — or Vault only — "Password manager for your company or team." The choice defines the workspace's modules and what goes on the invoice.

    Click `Create account`.

    The "Check your email" screen confirms the activation link was sent to your address.

2. Activate the account by email

    Open the activation email and click the link.

    The Welcome! page opens for you to create your account password.

  2. 2

    Create the password in `Password` and repeat it in `Confirm password`.

    The password needs at least 8 characters, with a letter, a number, and a special character — the page checks off each requirement as you type.

    Click `Confirm`.

    "User activated successfully!" — you enter the app automatically.

Didn't get the email?

The confirmation screen has no resend button. Check your spam folder. If the email doesn't show up, contact support and ask for a resend — it works while the account is still pending. See Troubleshooting.

3. Start the workspace trial

On a new organization's first access, the Comece a usar (get started) screen presents the chosen plan and the per-seat prices.

    Click `Iniciar teste de 7 dias` (start 7-day trial).

    Adding a card is optional at this step (Adicionar cartão (opcional), add card — optional). No charges for the next 7 days; cancel whenever you want.

    "Assinatura confirmada com sucesso" (subscription confirmed) — the workspace is unlocked and the plan's modules appear in the side menu.

Done

Your workspace is active. Before inviting the team, protect your account with a second factor — it's what unlocks Movitera®'s sensitive actions.

Personal account

The Movitera® website also offers a personal space sign-up: free, with Vault and no team. The flow is the same, without the company name and without the plan picker. To upgrade later, see Upgrade from personal space to organization.
