Sign in to your account
Sign in with email and password. If your account has two-factor authentication, confirm the second factor next — with a passkey, authenticator app, or recovery code.
Sign in with email and password

Open the sign-in page.

Fill in the fields and click `Sign in`.
With no second factor on the account, you go straight into the app. With a second factor, the verification opens next.
- "Invalid email or password." — check your details or reset the password through the
Forgot my passwordlink. - "User is not active or email is not confirmed" — the account was never activated through the email link. See Troubleshooting.
Confirm the second factor
If you have a passkey and the device supports it, Movitera® tries it on its own — the screen shows "Checking this device…" and then "Waiting for device…". Follow the system prompt (Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello). If the attempt fails, use Try passkey again or choose another method:
Use authenticator app instead— type the 6-digit code from your app. The form submits on its own when complete.Recovery code— type one of the codes you saved, in theXXXXX-XXXXXformat. Each code works a single time; the link shows in parentheses how many remain.
Session expired between the password and the code
If you take too long between the password and the second factor, the message "Session expired. Sign in again." appears. Go back to the sign-in screen and start over.
Sign out
Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and then Log out. On mobile, the Sair (log out) button is in the Conta (account) menu at the top of the screen.
