Manage members and access

Change a member's role, adjust access module by module, see the invoice impact before saving, and activate or deactivate accounts — all in SettingsMembers.

Before you start

You need to be an organization's Administrador (admin) or Gerente (manager) to see the Members page.

Find the member

  1. 1

    Open `Settings` → `Members`.

The "Membros do time" (team members) card lists people with their avatar, role, and billing seat.

  2. 2

    Use the search and filters.

Filter by Função (role: Administrador, Gerente, Membro) and by status. The default is "Ativos" (active) — deactivated members only appear when you change the filter to "Inativos" (inactive).

Adjust role and access

  1. 1

Click `Gerenciar` (manage) on the member's row.

The Configurar usuário (configure user) dialog opens.

  2. 2

Set the `Função no time` (team role).

Administrador (admin), Gerente (manager), or Membro (member). "Administradores podem adicionar e remover usuários" (admins can add and remove users).

  3. 3

    Adjust access module by module.

Each module has its own selector, from "Acesso ao Vault" (Vault access) to "Acesso ao Muse" (Muse access) — the levels are in Roles and permissions by module. "Sem acesso" (no access) hides the module from the person.

  4. 4

    See the cost before saving.

Mostrar impacto no faturamento (show billing impact) calculates the "Alteração de assentos" (seat change), the "Cobrança proporcional" (prorated charge), and the "Próxima fatura" (next invoice) — or confirms "Nenhuma alteração de cobrança." (no billing change).

  5. 5

    Click `Salvar alterações` (save changes).

    result
"Membros atualizados com sucesso" (members updated)

Activate or deactivate a member

The Ativo/Inativo (active/inactive) switch on the member's row deactivates the account in the team without deleting it. Deactivated members lose access and leave the default list. When someone leaves the company, also review the credentials they knew — see Vault offboarding.

Limits on who can edit

No one deactivates themselves or changes their own role. Managers don't edit anyone above them and don't grant levels above their own — out-of-reach options disappear from the selectors. Admins have no ceiling.
