Invite people to your team
Send invites with the right role — Agente IT (IT agent), Usuário do Vault (Vault user), or Assento gratuito (free seat) — and see the invoice impact before sending.
Before you start
You need to be an organization's Administrador (admin) or Gerente (manager). Personal spaces have no members — upgrade to an organization first.
Send the invite

Open `Settings` → `Members`.
The form is in the "Convites" (invites) card, below the member list. The
Convidar(invite) button at the top takes you straight to it. - 2
Fill in `E-mail` and `Nome` (name).
The name is suggested from the email; adjust if you want.

Choose the `Função` (role).
The role defines the initial access and the billed seat — see the table below. You can refine per-module access after the person joins.

Review the invoice impact.
When you pick the role, the panel calculates on its own ("Calculando impacto no faturamento...", calculating billing impact) and shows the "Alteração de assentos" (seat change) and the next charge — during the trial, the "Total mensal após o trial" (monthly total after the trial) and its start date.

Click `Enviar convite` (send invite).

Track and manage invites
The second "Convites" card lists the team's invites. The status filter starts at "Enviados" (sent) — change it to see "Aceitos" (accepted), "Conflito" (conflict), and "Cancelados" (cancelled).
- Possible statuses: "Convidado" (invited), "Aceito" (accepted), "Conflito" (conflict), "Rejeitado" (rejected), and "Cancelado" (cancelled).
- Invites with the "Convidado" status have the
Reenviar convite(resend invite) andCancelar convite(cancel invite) actions. - "Conflito" means the invited email is already in use in a conflicting state; there's no resend in that status. See Troubleshooting.
What happens on the other side
Someone without an account gets a sign-up link and activates the account by email; someone who already has one finds the invite in My invites. Either way, accepting doesn't switch the person's team automatically — they pick the new team in the switcher.
