Configure name, URL, and hours

Set the workspace's name and Identificador (identifier), configure the business hours Closure uses, and clear the demo data. Everything lives in SettingsTeam, visible to admins and managers.

Rename the workspace and the identifier

    Open `Settings` → `Team`.

    The "Espaço de trabalho" (workspace) card has the Nome (name) and Identificador (identifier) fields.

    Edit the `Nome`.

    At least 3 characters.

    Edit the `Identificador`, if needed.

    Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. The field adjusts as you type and shows the resulting URL live.

    Click `Salvar` (save).

    Saving requires a recent second-factor confirmation — the card warns: "Por segurança, salvar estas alterações exige autenticação de dois fatores (MFA)." (for security, saving these changes requires two-factor authentication). The dialog opens on its own if needed.

Changing the identifier breaks old links

Every workspace URL starts with the identifier. When you change it, the app redirects you right away, but bookmarks and links shared with the old identifier stop working. Tell the team before saving.

Configure the business hours

Organizations have the "Horário de atendimento" (business hours) card, used by Closure for resolution-time metrics and ticket assignment.

    Set `Hora de início` (start time) and `Hora de término` (end time).

    Whole hours, 0 to 23.

    Fill in `País` (country) and the `Fuso horário` (time zone).

    The time zone is searchable (e.g. America/Sao_Paulo). "Se não definido, será usado UTC." (if not set, UTC is used).

    Check the `Dias da semana` (weekdays) and click `Salvar`.

Clear the demo data

The "Dados de demonstração" (demo data) card removes the sample tickets, credentials, pages, and assets created during the workspace's onboarding.

    Click `Limpar dados demo` (clear demo data).

  2. 2

    Confirm with `Remover dados demo` (remove demo data) in the "Limpar dados de demonstração?" dialog.

    The sample records disappear from every module in the workspace.

The cleanup can't be undone

"Isso remove todos os registros de demonstração deste workspace. Alterações feitas nesses registros também serão removidas." (this removes all of this workspace's demo records; changes made to those records are removed too). If you edited a sample record to use it for real, recreate it before clearing.
