Accept an invite

You've been invited to a Movitera® team. The path depends on whether you already have an account — and, after accepting, you need to switch to the new team in the switcher.

If you don't have an account yet

    Open the link in the invite email.

    The Complete your registration page opens with your email and name pre-filled.

    Check the details and click `Confirm`.

    Activate the account by email and create your password.

    The activation link opens the Welcome! page. Create the password — at least 8 characters, with a letter, a number, and a special character — and click Confirm; you enter the app.

    Accept the invite in `My invites`.

    Open Settings → My invites and click Aceitar (accept) on the team's invite.

If you already have an account

  1. 1

    Sign in to your account.

  2. 2

    Open `Settings` → `My invites`.

    The "Convites para você" (invites for you) card lists each invite with the team's name and who invited you.

    Click `Aceitar` (accept) — or `Recusar` (decline).

The screen doesn't change on its own

Switch to the new team

Accepting the invite doesn't switch your current team. Open the team switcher in the sidebar and choose the new team to start using it. See Create and switch teams.
