Profile, theme, and language

Adjust the interface language, the theme, and the default Closure team — and see where your account's security and password live.

Change the language

    Open `Settings` in the module switcher and click `Profile`.

    In the `Language` card, choose `Portuguese (Brazil)`, `English`, or `Spanish`.

    The interface reloads in the chosen language, across all modules.

Change the theme

The Tema (theme) button is at the bottom of the sidebar — on mobile, in the Conta (account) menu. The options are Claro (light), Escuro (dark), and Sistema (system); the default is dark. The choice is remembered in this browser.

Set the default Closure team

If you use Closure in more than one team, choose which one the helpdesk flows use by default.

    In the `Time padrão do Closure` (default Closure team) card, open the `Workspace do Closure` selector.

    The list shows the teams where you have Closure access. With access in none, the page warns: "Você não possui acesso ao Closure em nenhum time disponível." (you have no Closure access in any available team).

    Choose the team and click `Salvar` (save).

Security and password have their own pages

  • The "Two-factor authentication" card manages passkeys, authenticator app, and recovery codes — see Protect your account with 2FA.
  • The Trocar a senha (change password) card doesn't complete the change (its Salvar button stays disabled) — use Reset your password.
