Keep up with notifications

The Notificações (notifications) button in the sidebar gathers the modules' alerts. A red dot marks unread items, and each notification takes you straight to the record that generated it.

Read and open

    Click `Notificações` (the bell icon) at the bottom of the sidebar.

    On mobile, open the Conta (account) menu → Notificações.

    Switch between the `Não lidas` (unread) and `Todas` (all) tabs.

    The active tab shows its item count.

    Click a notification.

    It's marked as read and you go to the related item — a ticket, an issue, a page.

Mark as read or unread

  • Hover over a notification to Marcar como lido (mark as read) or Marcar como não lido (mark as unread).
  • Marcar todas como lidas (mark all as read) clears every notification — not just the open tab's.
  • Read items are dimmed. Notifications can't be deleted.

With no notifications, the panel shows "Você não possui notificações" (you have no notifications).
