Approve or reject actions
When Muse proposes an action that changes data — replying to a ticket, changing a status, drafting a page — nothing runs until you decide on the card in the conversation.
Review the proposal card
The card shows the action's name, the Aguardando aprovação (Awaiting approval) badge, the Expira em {tempo} (Expires in {time}) deadline, and a readable summary of what will happen:
- Ticket reply — the full text of the proposed reply and the target ticket.
- Status change — the ticket's code and title and the transition, for example
Pendente(Pending) →Em progresso(In progress). - Wiki draft — the page title, its location in the space and folder, the tags, and a preview of the content.
Approving executes for real
An approved ticket reply is sent to the requester immediately, and a status change is applied right away. Read the full summary before approving. The exception is the Wiki draft: it only becomes a published page after an editor reviews it in the Wiki.
Approve or reject

To execute, click `Aprovar` (Approve).
The badge changes to
Executando…(Executing…) and thenExecutada(Executed). Muse continues the answer in the same turn, already accounting for the result. - 2
To decline, click `Rejeitar` (Reject).
The
Motivo (opcional)(Reason, optional) field appears. Write the reason if you want to guide Muse — it goes back to the model, which continues the conversation. - 3
Click `Confirmar rejeição` (Confirm rejection).
resultThe badge changes to `Rejeitada` (Rejected) and the card collapses into an expandable row with the summary.
Card statuses
| Badge | Meaning |

Aprovada / Executando… (Approved / Executing…) | Decision recorded; the action is running. |
Executada (Executed) | The action completed in the target module. |
Rejeitada (Rejected) | The action was not executed; the reason went back to the model. |
Falhou (Failed) | Execution didn't finish. Check the record in the source module and ask for a new proposal. |
Expirada (Expired) | The deadline ended with no decision. Ask Muse for a new proposal. |
If the decision fails
- "Você não tem permissão para aprovar esta ação." (You don't have permission to approve this action.) — your user lacks the scope the action requires. The Wiki draft, for example, requires administrator or editor scope in the Wiki.
- "Esta proposta não está mais válida. Peça para a Muse gerar uma nova." (This proposal is no longer valid. Ask Muse to generate a new one.) — the proposal lost its validity; ask for another in the conversation.
- "Esta proposta expirou." (This proposal has expired.) — the card's deadline ended before the decision.
- "Não foi possível processar a decisão." (The decision could not be processed.) — temporary failure; the proposal stays pending and you can try again.
- "A execução foi interrompida." (The execution was interrupted.) — execution stopped midway; check the record in the target module before trying again.
