Troubleshoot SRM

Use this page when something in SRM does not appear, does not save, or does not match what you expected. The cases are ordered from most to least common.

I don't see Contracts in the SRM menu

Cause: your Acesso ao SRM (SRM access) permission is set to Sem acesso (no access).

  • Ask whoever administers the team to open SettingsMembers and click Gerenciar (Manage) on your row.
  • Under Acesso ao SRM, change it to Usuário (user) or Gerenciador (manager) and click Salvar alterações (Save changes).
  • Reload SRM — Contracts returns to the menu. See Control who can access contracts.

The supplier does not appear in the Calendário de faturas

Cause: the supplier's Vencimento faturas (invoice due day) field is empty. The calendar groups suppliers by that day — without it, the supplier never appears, even with invoices recorded.

  • Open the supplier and click the pencil icon next to the name.
  • In Editar fornecedor (Edit supplier), fill in Vencimento faturas with the day of the month and click Salvar (Save).

I closed the AI dialog — did I lose the invoice or contract?

Cause: nothing was lost. The record is created the moment you click Extrair dados (Extract data); Fechar (Close) does not discard it.

  • Open the supplier's invoice list or the Contracts screen — the record is there.
  • Use Editar (Edit) to review the extracted fields, or Excluir (Delete) if you don't want to keep the record.

I can't find the supplier search

Cause: the Meus fornecedores (my suppliers) list has no search field — it is sorted by spend over the last 12 months.

  • Open the command menu and type at least 2 characters.
  • The search matches suppliers by name, CNPJ, and legal name, under the Fornecedores (suppliers) group.

The owner picker says no member has access

Cause: the Responsável (owner) search shows Nenhum membro com acesso ao SRM. (no member with SRM access) because it lists only active members with the Acesso ao SRM permission — and no team member has it.

  • Open SettingsMembers and click Gerenciar (Manage) on the member who will own contracts.
  • Set Acesso ao SRM to Usuário or Gerenciador and click Salvar alterações (Save changes).
  • Return to the contract form and search for the member again.

The Analytics chart is blank or missing bars

Cause: there are no invoices in the selected period, or more than 20 suppliers are selected — beyond that, some bars stop appearing.

  • Widen the Período (period) or clear the Fornecedores (suppliers) selection.
  • To compare many suppliers, select them in groups of up to 20.
  • Confirm the period's invoices have Valor da fatura (invoice value) filled in.

Valor não identificado in the AI extraction

Cause: the AI could not read the value in the uploaded file. The record was still created, with an empty value.

  • On the result screen, click Editar fatura (Edit invoice) — or Editar, for contracts — and enter the value.
  • If you already closed the dialog, open the record in the list and use Editar.

I can't delete a supplier, contact, or invoice attachment

Cause: those deletions do not exist in SRM. Only invoices, contracts, and contract files can be deleted.

  • To fix a supplier or contact, use editing (the pencil icon).
  • Check invoice attachments before uploading — once uploaded, they are permanent.

The supplier does not appear when creating the contract

Cause: the supplier has not been registered yet, or the typed text does not match the registered name — the picker shows Nenhum fornecedor encontrado. (no supplier found).

  • Search for another part of the name or for the legal name.
  • If the supplier does not exist, register it and return to the contract form.
