Control who can access contracts
The Acesso ao SRM (SRM access) permission, set per member, controls who sees the Contracts screen and who can own contracts.
What each level unlocks

Usuário (user) | Everything from the previous level, plus the Contracts screen, contract search in the command menu, and eligibility as Responsável. |
Gerenciador (manager) | The same SRM features as Usuário. |
The supplier's Contratos section stays visible
Even with Sem acesso, a supplier's page shows that supplier's Contratos (contracts) section. The permission removes the Contracts screen from the menu, creation from the command menu, and search — it does not hide the contracts already linked to the supplier.
Change a member's access

Open `Settings` → `Members`.
You need permission to manage team members — see manage members.

Click `Gerenciar` (Manage) on the member's row.

Under `Acesso ao SRM`, choose `Sem acesso`, `Usuário`, or `Gerenciador`.

Click `Salvar alterações` (Save changes).
resultThe SRM menu reflects the new permission the next time the member loads the module.
If no team member has access, the Responsável (owner) picker in contracts shows Nenhum membro com acesso ao SRM. (no member with SRM access) — grant access to at least one member before creating contracts. If the Spend app does not appear for anyone, the SRM module is not part of the team's plan — see plans and billing.
