Review and revoke sharing

The Sharing screen shows who can see what — internally, through groups, and externally, through single-use links — and is where you revoke a link already generated. Visible only to Vault managers.

Review internal sharing

On the Interno (internal) tab, the Visão (view) toggle offers two slices: Por credencial (by credential — each credential with its members and the groups with access) and Por grupo (by group — each group with its members and credentials).

The view is read-only. To change a credential's groups, use the Grupos (groups) section of the credential panel — see Share a credential. To change who is in each group, use Groups.

Revoke external links

The Links externos (external links) tab lists all of the team's single-use links, separated by status: Ativos, Consumidos, Expirados, and Revogados (active, consumed, expired, and revoked). Each row shows the credential, who created the link, when it was created, and when it expires.

  1. 1

Open `Sharing` in the Vault sidebar and go to the `Links externos` (external links) tab.

The Ativos (active) tab opens first — these are the links that can still be used.

  2. 2

Click `Revogar` (revoke) on the link's row.

To revoke several at once, check the boxes and click Revogar selecionados (revoke selected).

    result
Toast "Link revogado" (link revoked) — the link moves to the Revogados tab and stops working immediately.

Revoking is immediate and final

A revoked link doesn't come back — whoever opens it sees "Link expirado ou já utilizado" (link expired or already used). If the handoff is still needed, generate a new link on the credential. Revoke before the first access: a Consumido (consumed) link has already delivered the values.

What each status means

StatusMeaning
AtivoNot opened yet and not expired. Can be revoked.
ConsumidoOpened once — the values were displayed.
ExpiradoPassed its validity without being opened.
RevogadoCanceled by a manager before use.
