Mention people, tickets, and pages

Type @ in the editor to link the page to people, Closure tickets, Forge issues, initiatives, cycles, and domains, and other Wiki pages. Mentions become clickable chips in the text.

Mention in the editor

  1. 1

    In edit mode, type `@` where you want the mention.

    A picker opens with people, tickets, issues, and pages. Keep typing to filter.

  2. 2

    Choose the item with the arrow keys and Enter, or with a click.

    Esc closes the picker without leaving the editor.

    result
    The mention enters the text as a chip with the item's name.

To filter by type, use a prefix after the @:

PrefixItem type
@p:Wiki pages
@t:Closure tickets
@u:People
@iss:Forge issues

What the reader sees

In reading mode, each mention is a chip that leads to the mentioned item. If the reader loses access to the target — or the target is deleted — the chip shows an unavailability notice instead of the name: Página indisponível (Page unavailable), in the case of a page.

Other modules mention Wiki pages too: a ticket comment or an issue can point straight to the documentation.

Suggested pages on tickets

The path also runs the other way: a Closure ticket's screen shows up to five Wiki pages related to the subject, under Recomendados para este chamado (Recommended for this ticket) or Possíveis correspondências (Possible matches). The more the team documents, the more tickets get solved with a ready page.
