Tag pages

Tags mark pages by subject and cross spaces — there is a single set for the whole team. Any editor adds and creates tags right in the page editor.

Add tags to a page

    Open the page in edit mode (`Editar`, Edit).

    In the `Tags:` row, click `Adicionar tag` (Add tag).

    A Buscar ou criar tag... (Search or create tag) field opens with the team's existing tags. To remove a tag from the page, click the x on its badge.

    Pick a tag from the list, or type a new name and select the `Criar` (Create) option with the typed text.

    The new tag is created on the spot and joins the page right away.

    Save with `Concluir` (Done) or Cmd/Ctrl+S.

    Tags are only saved on a full save — autosave doesn't save them.

    The tags appear as colored badges on the page and in search results.

Manage the team's tags

The Administrador (Administrator) role manages the set in Configurações da Wiki (Wiki settings) → Tags tab: + Nova tag (New tag) creates one with a name and color, the pencil icon renames and recolors, and the trash icon deletes (Excluir tag, Delete tag).

Tags belong to the whole team

Renaming or deleting a tag affects every page that uses it, across all spaces — and the confirmation doesn't show how many pages that is.
