Move and reorder pages and folders

Reorganize within the space by dragging items in the sidebar tree. To move a page to a different space, use Mover para outro espaço (Move to another space).

Drag in the sidebar tree

In the sidebar, expand the space and drag the page or folder to its new position.
Drop onto a folder to place it inside; drop between items to reorder. Dragging requires the Editor role or higher and edit permission at the destination.

A folder can't be dragged into itself.
If the destination is restricted for you, the item snaps back with the warning Você não tem acesso para colocar o item nesse local. (You don't have access to place the item there.)
Dragging works on desktop; there is no dragging on mobile.

Move a page to another space

Open the page, click the `⋯` menu, and choose `Mover para outro espaço` (Move to another space).
The Mover página (Move page) dialog opens.

Select the destination space and click `Mover página`.

The page lands at the destination space's root

Moving between spaces always places the page at the root, even if it was in a folder. After moving, drag it in the tree to the right folder.

In the sidebar, expand the space and drag the page or folder to its new position.

Move a page to another space

Open the page, click the `⋯` menu, and choose `Mover para outro espaço` (Move to another space).

Select the destination space and click `Mover página`.
