Troubleshoot the Wiki

Cause: the team's plan doesn't include the Wiki module, or your access is set to Sem acesso (No access).

• If nobody on the team sees the Wiki, the plan doesn't include the module — see plans and upgrades.
• If others see it and you don't, ask whoever administers the team to adjust the Acesso ao Wiki (Wiki access) field in member management.

The screen says "Ela pode ter sido movida, excluída ou você não tem mais acesso a ela." (It may have been moved or deleted, or you no longer have access to it.) — and it's ambiguous on purpose: the Wiki doesn't confirm that restricted content exists. Cause: the content was moved or deleted, or a space or folder above it was restricted.

• Search for the page from Início (Home) — if it was moved, you'll find it in its new place.
• If you can't find it, ask a Wiki administrator to check the space and folder permissions — the content may be restricted, not deleted.

Cause: your Wiki role is Visualizador (Viewer) — the create and edit buttons don't appear — or the content is restricted and you don't have Pode editar (Can edit) on it.

• Ask whoever administers the team for the Editor role in the Acesso ao Wiki (Wiki access) field — see Wiki access roles.
• If you're already an Editor, ask a Wiki administrator for the Pode editar level on the space, folder, or page in question.

Cause: you lost access to the page during the edit — a restriction took effect, or the page was moved or deleted. Text typed after the loss of access is not saved.

• Copy the unsaved text out of the editor before leaving the screen.
• Ask a Wiki administrator to restore your access, then paste the content back.

The warning means you don't have access to place the item there. Cause: you dragged a page or folder to a destination where you don't have Pode editar (Can edit). The item returns to its original place.

• Ask a Wiki administrator for the Pode editar level at the destination, or drop the item in another folder.

Cause: the ⋯ menu has Arquivar (Archive), but not the reverse operation.

• Open the archived page, click Editar (Edit), switch the status to Rascunho (Draft) or Publicado (Published), and click Concluir (Done) — see Archive and recover pages.

Cause: the page's or the space's slug was edited — old addresses stop existing.

• Find the page through search and share the new address.
• Avoid editing slugs of pages you've already shared — see Write and publish a page.

Cause: the section stays hidden while there's no viewing history — it's not an error.

• Open a few pages and return to Início; the section appears once there's data.

Cause: images pasted or dragged into the editor are stored in the Wiki. If an image vanished, it was most likely inserted with the Imagem (Image) button using an external address that went offline.

• Edit the page and insert the image again, pasting or dragging the file — that way it's stored in the Wiki.
• If you prefer the Imagem button (external address), confirm the address is still reachable.
