Score outcomes and estimates

Every initiative can be scored on five impact dimensions, from 0 to 5, and receive return and cost estimates. That's what lets you compare initiatives with criteria when it's time to prioritize.

Score the outcomes

  1. 1

Open the initiative and find the `Outcomes` section.

Click Editar (Edit) — or Pontuar outcomes (Score outcomes), while the section is still empty.

  2. 2

    Answer one question per dimension.

The wizard walks through the five dimensions — Aumento de receita (Revenue increase), Redução de custo (Cost reduction), Satisfação do cliente (Customer satisfaction), Redução de risco (Risk reduction), and Posicionamento estratégico (Strategic positioning) — one at a time. Select the option that best describes the initiative's impact.

  3. 3

    Review and save.

The Revisão (Review) step shows the five scores before saving.

Each outcome appears on the initiative with the 0-to-5 bar and the level description.

If you're unsure what each score means, open the “Referência de pontuação — Outcomes” (Scoring reference — Outcomes) through the section's help icon.

Record the estimate and rationale

  1. 1

    In the `Estimativa & Racional` (Estimate & Rationale) section, click `Editar` (Edit).

The “Editar contexto” (Edit context) dialog opens.

  2. 2

Fill in `Retorno estimado` (Estimated return) and `Custo estimado` (Estimated cost).

The values appear formatted in Brazilian reais on the initiative's page.

  3. 3

    Explain in `Racional / cálculos` (Rationale / calculations).

Record how the numbers were estimated — that's what keeps the comparison credible months later.
