Track your day in the Inbox
The Inbox is Forge's first screen: it gathers what's asking for you today — active cycle, in-progress issues, impediments, test requests, and mentions — in sections ordered by urgency of attention.
Read the Inbox top to bottom
Each section answers one question. The section order is already the suggested order of attention — empty sections disappear or stay collapsed.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Cycle card | The active cycle: goal, days left, your progress (“X de Y concluídas no ciclo” — X of Y completed in the cycle), and the count per status. |
Iniciativas em que você está trabalhando (Initiatives you're working on) | The initiatives where you have issues, with your progress and the team's. |
Em andamento com você (In progress with you) | Your Em progresso (In progress) issues, from longest-stalled to most recent. After 3 days without movement, the row turns orange. |
Bloqueada (Blocked) | Your issues with an open impediment — and the ones resolved in the last 24 hours, marked Resolvido — pode retomar (Resolved — you can resume). |
Pronto pra testar por você (Ready for you to test) | Issues in Pronto p/ teste (Ready to test) where you're the tester. |
Menções e atividade (Mentions and activity) | Mentions, messages, assignments, and status changes since your last visit. Clicking a row marks it as read and opens the issue. |
Sua fila (Your queue) | Your pending issues in the active cycle, by priority. Collapsed by default. |
No próximo ciclo (In the next cycle) | Your issues planned for the next cycle. Collapsed by default. |
Mention and assignment alerts also arrive through workspace notifications.

Managers: view someone else's Inbox
Managers and admins see a Selecione um engenheiro (Select an engineer) picker at the top of the Inbox. Choosing someone switches every section to that person's view. The Menções e atividade (Mentions and activity) section stays hidden in that view — notifications are personal.
The actions are still yours
When viewing someone else's Inbox, the Inbox itself warns: “As ações que você executar serão registradas em seu nome.” (Actions you take will be recorded under your name.) Status changes and messages go out under your authorship, not the engineer's.
