Approve or reject the solution

When the technician completes one of your tickets, the solution stays Em revisão (Under review) until you approve or reject it. The ticket only truly closes with your approval.

Approve and rate

    Open the ticket in `Meus chamados` (My tickets).

    Tickets waiting on your decision appear in the Aguardando minha aprovação (Waiting for my approval) group.

    Read the `Solução` (Solution) panel.

    It shows the solution text, the author, the date, and the Em revisão badge.

    Click `Aprovar solução` (Approve solution).

    The Avaliar Solução (Rate solution) window opens.

  4. 4

    Rate it and send.

    Pick 1 to 5 stars under Avaliação (Rating — required), check Pontos Positivos (Strengths) and Pontos a Melhorar (Areas to improve) if you like, write a Comentário (opcional) (optional comment), and click Enviar Avaliação (Send rating).

    Toast "Feedback enviado com sucesso" (Feedback sent successfully). The solution changes to Aprovado (Approved) and the ticket closes.

Approving closes the conversation

After approval, the ticket's chat closes and the ticket leaves the grouped view in Meus chamados. If the problem comes back, open a new ticket.

Reject with the reason

    Click `Reprovar solução` (Reject solution).

    The Reprovar Solução window opens.

    Explain it in `Motivo da reprovação` (Rejection reason).

    The field is required. Say what didn't work — the text goes straight to the technician.

    Confirm with `Reprovar Solução`.

    The solution changes to Rejeitado (Rejected) and goes back to the technician. When they complete the ticket again, you receive a new solution to review.

Only the ticket's creator decides

Only the creator approves or rejects the solution. Other users see the notice "Apenas o criador do ticket pode aprovar/reprovar a solução" (Only the ticket creator can approve/reject the solution) when they try.
