Complete with a solution

Moving a ticket to Concluído (Completed) requires a written solution. It stays Em revisão (Under review) until the requester approves — completing is not closing.

Write and send the solution

    Open the ticket from the `Board` or the `Inbox` and click `Concluído`.

    Dragging the card to the Concluído column has the same effect. The Solução do ticket (Ticket solution) window opens.

    Describe the solution under `Descreva a solução *` (Describe the solution).

    Write what solved the problem, in language the requester understands. You can paste images with Ctrl/Cmd + V and attach files under Anexos (opcional) (optional attachments).

    Check the quality review.

    When you stop typing, the AI scores the text (Qualidade boa · 5/5 — good quality, for example). For low scores it explains what's missing and shows a Sugestão de melhoria (improvement suggestion) — accept it with Usar sugestão (Use suggestion), adjust it with Editar (Edit), or discard it with Ignorar (Ignore). Reavaliar qualidade (Re-check quality) runs the analysis again.

    Click `Salvar solução` (Save solution).

    Toast "Solução enviada com sucesso" (Solution sent successfully). The ticket moves to Concluído and the solution stays Em revisão, waiting on the ticket's creator.

"Salvar mesmo assim" doesn't block you

With a score below 4, the submit button becomes Salvar mesmo assim (Save anyway). It's a warning, not a block — you decide whether to take the suggestion or save as is.

After you send it

The ticket's creator approves the solution — and rates the service with 1 to 5 stars — or rejects it with a required reason. The ratings feed the Dashboard's Avaliação Média (Average rating) and the Avaliações por semana (Ratings per week) chart in your Inbox.

If the solution is rejected

    Read the reason in the `Solução` (Solution) panel.

    The solution appears with the Rejeitado (Rejected) badge and the reason written by the requester. The ticket stays in Concluído until you act.

    Reopen the ticket.

    Move it to Fazendo (Doing) — by dragging the card on the board or with Mover para Fazendo (Move to Doing) in the quick search (Cmd+K) — and do the rework.

  3. 3

    Complete it again with the updated solution.

    The new solution goes back to Em revisão and the requester reviews it again.
