Shortcuts and quick search
Closure registers commands in the quick search (Cmd+K) and responds to keys inside the ticket. Little of this shows up in the interface — the full reference is here.
Quick search (Cmd+K)
Open the command palette on any Closure page — see Command palette. Type at least two characters or a TKT-42 code to search in the Chamados (Tickets) group; selecting the result opens the ticket on the board.

With a ticket open
With a ticket open, the Ticket aberto (Open ticket) group adds context commands:

Mover para Pendente · Mover para Fazendo · Mover para Aguardando · Mover para Concluído (Move to Pending / Doing / Waiting / Completed) | Changes the status (technicians). Aguardando and Concluído open the hold and solution windows. |
Nova mensagem (New message) | Focuses the chat's message field. |
Nova nota técnica (New technical note) | Focuses the composer in Notas (Notes) mode (technicians). |
Adicionar follow-up (Add follow-up) | Opens the follow-up log — available on Em espera (On hold) tickets (technicians). |
Atribuir a mim (Assign to me) | Assigns the ticket to you (technicians). |
Atribuir técnico (Assign technician) | Opens the Atribuir a... (Assign to) list to pick the technician. |
Ver triagem IA (View AI triage) | Opens the Triagem IA (AI triage), when the ticket has one. |
Keys inside the ticket

[ and ] | Go to the previous and the next ticket in the current queue (Inbox, board, or list), without closing the panel. The counter at the top shows the position. |
⌘↵ | Sends the follow-up you are writing. |
Ctrl/Cmd + V | Pastes an image into the chat, the ticket form, or the solution. |

Shareable links
Copiar link (Copy link), on any ticket, copies the canonical address (toast Link copiado — link copied). Opening a ticket on the board also writes its code into the URL — copy it from the browser and share it; whoever opens the link lands straight on the ticket.
