Link inventory assets

Link the affected devices to the ticket so the technician knows right away which machine to diagnose.

Enable linking on the category

Asset linking is per category. In the category's create or edit window, check Ativar (Enable) under Vínculo com ativos (Asset linking). Without it, the asset fields don't appear on the category's tickets.

Link when opening the ticket

    Choose a category with linking enabled.

    The Ativos afetados (Affected assets) section appears on the form, with the hint "Vincule o(s) dispositivo(s) afetado(s) para acelerar o atendimento." (Link the affected devices to speed up the work.)

    Click `Adicionar` (Add) and select the devices.

    The requester's devices appear highlighted at the top of the list.

    The assets are added to the ticket and show up in the Ativos vinculados (Linked assets) panel.

Link on an already-open ticket

    Open the `Ativos vinculados` (Linked assets) panel on the ticket.

    Technicians see the Vincular ativo (Link asset) button.

    Select the device.

    The devices of whoever opened the ticket appear highlighted with the Quem abriu o ticket (Opened the ticket) tag.

    result
    Toast "Ativo vinculado ao ticket" (Asset linked to the ticket). To remove it, unlink it from the same panel — toast "Ativo desvinculado do ticket" (Asset unlinked from the ticket).

Opening an asset's page requires Inventory access — see the Inventory documentation. Asset risk indicators appear only for technicians.
