Convert a ticket to Forge

When a ticket reveals a bug or a project, convert it into a Forge item — Movitera®'s development module — without losing the link to the support work.

Convert the ticket

    Open the ticket and click `Converter p/ Forge` (Convert to Forge).

    The button sits at the top of the ticket and is technician-only. It's disabled on Concluído (Completed) tickets.

    Choose the `Tipo` (Type).

    Issue for one-off work to be executed — Bug, Funcionalidade (Feature), or Tarefa (Task), with an optional initiative and due date. Initiative for a strategic project or improvement — in that case, also select the domain.

    For initiatives, generate a draft with AI.

    Click Gerar rascunho com IA (Generate draft with AI): Closure analyzes the ticket and proposes the initiative. Review the Rascunho gerado pela IA (AI-generated draft) before confirming.

    Click `Converter` (Convert).

    result
    Toast "Ticket convertido em issue" (Ticket converted to issue) or "Ticket convertido em iniciativa" (Ticket converted to initiative). The item is created in Forge linked to the ticket.

Track the linked item

After the conversion, the ticket's button becomes Ver no Forge (View in Forge) and opens the Item vinculado no Forge (Item linked in Forge) window, with each item's type, number, status, and assignee. The link to open the item in Forge only works for those with access to the module — see the Forge documentation.

To pause the ticket while the delivery is pending, use the Issue do Forge (Forge issue) hold type — the ticket stays linked to the issue and shows its code.
