Track your tickets
Meus chamados (My tickets) gathers the tickets you opened or follow, grouped by what depends on you to move forward.

Open `Meus chamados` in the Closure sidebar.

Start with the pending-on-you groups.
Aguardando minha aprovação(Waiting for my approval) andAguardando minha resposta(Waiting for my reply) list the tickets stuck on you — clear those first. - 3
Open a ticket to see the details.
Click the ticket to open the panel with the description, the chat, the attachments, the due date, and the timeline.

Talk to the technician
Use the ticket's chat to answer questions and attach evidence — the whole conversation stays recorded on the ticket. While the solution is under review, the message field is disabled (Mensagens desativadas enquanto a solução estiver em análise — messages disabled while the solution is under review); after you approve the solution, the chat closes.
On newly opened tickets with a category, the Estimativa de resolução (Resolution estimate) banner shows a forecast for assignment and resolution based on similar tickets. It's a statistical estimate — the deadline that counts is the ticket's Prazo (Due date) field.
Follow other people's tickets
Click Seguir (Follow) inside a ticket to track it in Meus chamados and receive its updates. To leave, click Deixar de seguir (Unfollow). If someone mentions you with @ in the chat, you become a follower automatically.
Find an old ticket
The grouped view hides completed tickets with an approved solution. To find them:
- Switch to the
Lista(List) view at the top of the page. - Filter by
Status=Concluído(Completed), or combineCategoria(Category),Ordenar(Sort), and theBuscar...(Search) field.
Exibindo os primeiros 100 tickets
The grouped view loads up to 100 tickets and warns when it truncates: "Exibindo os primeiros 100 tickets. Use a aba Lista para navegar por todos." (Showing the first 100 tickets. Use the List tab to browse them all.) The Lista is paginated and shows everything.
