Track the team's devices

The Devices page lists every computer connected through the Movitera Link agent — with the last signal, security posture, installed software, and owner. It's the live picture of the fleet, side by side with the registered assets.

Before you start

Devices appear here as soon as the Movitera Link agent is installed and connected on the machine. With no agents, the page shows "Nenhum dispositivo conectado" (no device connected).

Find a device

Search by hostname, IP, OS, or serial, or combine the filters — they cover operations and security:

  • Status — Ativo (Active), Revogado (Revoked), or Inativo (Inactive).
  • Last signal — online in the last hour, the last 24 hours, or the last 7 days.
  • Chassis — Notebook (Laptop), Desktop, Servidor (Server), Tablet, or Telefone (Phone).
  • Disk encryption — Criptografado (Encrypted), Parcial (Partial), Sem criptografia (Not encrypted), or Não medido (Not measured).
  • SMART and disk failure — SMART OK, SMART falhando (SMART failing), with or without failure.
  • Uptime — machines that haven't rebooted in 14, 30, or 60+ days.
  • Precisa vincular (Needs linking) — shows only the devices not yet linked to an asset.

Each row shows the user logged into the machine, the owner ("Não atribuído" — unassigned — when nobody answers for it), the security badges, and the link state with an asset — see Link a device to an asset. "Nunca visto" (never seen) means the agent was connected but hasn't sent a signal yet.

Read the device detail

UptimeHow long the machine has been on; "Reinício recomendado" (restart recommended) from 14 days on.
Histórico (History)"Histórico de inventário" (Inventory history): each agent submission, with date and version.

"Não medido" (Not measured) and "Desconhecido" (Unknown) are not errors

Security signals show as Não medido (Not measured) or Desconhecido (Unknown) when the agent hasn't collected that information yet or the platform doesn't expose it — on Macs, TPM shows "Não esperado no macOS" (not expected on macOS). Wait for the next inventory before treating it as a problem.

Assign an owner

On the device detail, members with Gerenciador (Manager) access see Atribuir colaborador (Assign teammate): search for the member and select — toast "Atribuição atualizada." (assignment updated). Use Remover atribuição (Remove assignment) to clear it. The device's owner is independent from the asset's assignment to a person.

Revoke a device's access

    Open the `⋯` menu on the device's row and choose `Revogar acesso` (Revoke access).

    The "Revogar dispositivo?" (Revoke device?) confirmation explains: the token tied to the agent is invalidated and its next connection will be disconnected.

    Confirm with `Revogar` (Revoke).

    Toast "Dispositivo revogado." (Device revoked). The device's status becomes Revogado (Revoked).

Revoking is final

"Esta ação não pode ser desfeita." (this action can't be undone). To reconnect the machine, install and connect the agent again. Revoke when removing a machine from the fleet or on suspicion of compromise.
